The upright coldstream cooler (next to the cookline) was unsatisfactory temperature. Temperature was measured using both an IR thermometer and probe thermometer. Internal temperature of cream dressing measured at 9C. Action required: monitor the cooler temperature. Ensure it is capable of maintaining temperature at or below 4C. Service if necessary., , Temperature logs were not reviewed at the time of inspection.
Test strips at dishwashing sink were water damaged. Action required: replace test strips.
