PassA gap was observed between the bottom of the kitchen entrance door and the floor., - Install weather stripping on the door to prevent pest entry.
Mouse droppings were observed on the floor behind refrigeration units in front of the school gym, inside the kitchen stove drawer, inside the cabinet beneath the kitchen hand sink, and on the floor and shelves of the dry storage room., - Use bleach solution or disinfectant to clean up all mouse droppings in the facility., - Remove items from shelves and floor in the dry storage room and clean up any identified droppings., • Install and maintain pest control traps in the kitchen and dry storage room to control rodent activity., - Seal the identified hole in the wall beneath the kitchen hand sink to prevent pest ingress. Conduct a thorough assessment of all walls in the kitchen and dry storage areas and identify and properly seal any additional openings., • Remove unused or unnecessary items from the kitchen and dry storage room, as clutter provides harborage for mice., • Ensure all exterior doors to the school are properly fitted with intact weather stripping to prevent pest entry into the facility.
