The fridge in the kitchen was over packed , The temperature was 10C, Posted temp chart says 4C , As per director they just loaded fridge with groceries. The director was told to immediately remove non perishables such as big bag of apples to allow better airflow. The temperature did not adjust after one hour. There was no raw meat in fridge. , Replace or repair the fridge as soon as possible. Move high risk items to the baby room fridge. Purchase a spare fridge as the one half fridge( top if freezer) is not sufficient for 80+ capacity., Ensure temperatures are being taken and if a problem is noted staff must initiate steps for refrigerator repairs/maintenance . , , The small fridge in the preschool room was also over 4C
