The low-temperature dishwasher was measured at 0ppm bleach/chlorine with bleach/chlorine test strips. Ensure that the dishwasher is repaired to maintain a concentration of 100ppm bleach/chlorine. The operator had Bentely-North Chemical onsite to repair the dishwasher and it was measured to be 100ppm with bleach/chlorine test strips.
1. Several tiles at the bottom of the stairs are observed to be missing. , 2. A missing baseboard was observed on the wall behind the prep cooler downstairs which makes the wall difficult to clean. , 3. A hole was observed in the wall beneath the two-compartment sink. , 1.
