A few fruit flies were noted hovering above the open bin used to store used wiping cloths, and a few were seen on the wall at the front counter bar area., REQUIRED ACTION: keep the storage bin for used wiping cloths closed tight to prevent attracting fruit flies and other pests. Remove used wiping cloths for washing as often as possible., Clean and sanitize surfaces and walls at front counter/bar area frequently to help reduce attraction of pests., Provide pest control records for the last three months of visits for review.
