** - floors in the washroom, around the mop sink, and around the 2-compartment dishwashing sinks were not finished in a manner that was smooth, cleanable, non-absorbent and durable., ** - baseboards installed though some areas have larger gaps that would allow for pest and water entry into the walls., ** - tiles in the front area on the walls were not grouted (had to wait for countertop install) therefore were not impervious to water and to allow for easy cleaning
** - sanitation was poor due to ongoing construction. Please ensure that all areas of the facility have been properly and fully cleaned before the next approval inspection and that all cleaning chemicals required are in place to test.
