-The wall mounted container for hand soap did not have a lid and the soap had all dried out. Please ensure that appropriate hand soap is available.
-There was an excessive amount of storage in the kitchen space. Please remove anything that is not required for the operation of the kitchen. The kitchen space needs to be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
-The kitchen fridge is not supposed to be used for staff items. At the time of inspection raw chicken was observed in the freezer. Please remove staff food from the fridge. No cooking can be done on-site as it does not fall within the food permit approvals., , -The food permit was not posted. Please ensure the food permit is posted.
-Sponges used for dishwashing were old and worn out. If sponges are going to be used they need to be replaced frequently.
