Raw chicken eggs (one flat, 30 eggs) were observed stored on a grocery shelf at an internal temperature of 16 °C. A staff member confirmed the eggs had been stored outside the cooler for more than four hours. The eggs were discarded. , Raw chicken eggs must be stored at 7 °C or below at all times.
There was no liquid hand soap or paper towels available at the back-of-house hand sink or the washroom handwashing sink. Staff were instructed to obtain liquid hand soap and paper towels immediately. In the interim, dishwashing liquid and single-use wiping cloths will be used until proper hand soap and paper towels are available.
