Cold water was available, hot water was unavailable. Operators were waiting for plumber. Water pressure was low when both the 2 compartment sink faucet and the hand sink faucet were turned on at the same time. , , Operators were given permission to serve coffee only and to use the two compartment sink. No other food was allowed to be served/prepared.
Plumbing for the grey water was leaking and not being properly drained for the hand sink. The two compartment sink was not leaking. Operators were asked to use the 2 compartment sink only.
