A properly concentrated sanitizer must be available at all times for effective sanitizing and should be tested regularly to ensure correct concentration.
The chemical dishwasher was measured at 50 ppm chlorine. Ensure that the dishwasher is properly functional to ensure effective sanitation of utensils/equipment at all times.
A food service cart with bananas and another covered food item was located near the laundry area, directly across from the washer and dryer. No laundry activity was taking place.
