Near the entrance to the back area there were multiple damaged tiles on the wall., , 4. Across from the two-chest freezer the walls have additional board that covers the bottom part. PHI inquired from food handler and was informed that the chicken had been left in the danger zone (20C to 60C for 3-4hrs (more than 2 hrs). Internal temperature of chicken in the two tubs was 13.5C and 14.2 C as measured by a probe thermometer. PHI directed the food handler to adulterate the chicken with concentrated bleach before discarding it in garbage bins at the time of inspection. , , Action required: , 1.
