Operator admitted they were preparing and selling high-risk foods (empanadas) from their home kitchen and soliciting sales via social media (Instagram). Operator was advised to cease the preparation and sale of high-risk foods from their home kitchen as it is illegal to do so without having an approved kitchen and holding a valid food handling permit issued by Alberta Health Services.
