The kitchen hand sink had no paper towels or soap. The staff member provided them during the inspection. Ensure all hand sinks are equipped with running water, paper towels, and liquid hand soap in suitable dispensers at all times.
Quat test strips were not available on site; the staff member provided a chlorine test strip instead. Please obtain valid test strips for the quat-based sanitizer to ensure proper surface sanitizer concentration.
