Please install bigger sinks to fit the LARGEST piece of food equipment by submerging completely into the solution OR change your menu to remove cooking equipment OR find a home base to be permitted by AHS that contains proper dishwashing sinks that will fit your largest piece of food equipment for sanitizing.
