Hookah equipment was noted in the facility and appears to be in use. The operator was informed that there is a City of Edmonton bylaw that prohibits the use of hookahs indoors. In addition, non-food-related equipment (such as hookah equipment) must not be stored or used in the same area as food handling or preparation.
