1. The pipe above the faucet on the dishwashing sink is leaking. Please ensure leak is fixed., , 2. The caulking around the dishwashing sinks has deteriorated and is no longer smooth, durable and easily cleanable. It can also no longer prevent water from leaking behind the sink area. Please remove old caulking and ensure area is re-caulked in a manner that renders it smooth, durable, and easily cleanable.
Roof of microwave by front prep counter was dirty with food debris. Please ensure microwave roof is cleaned.
The floors under all equipment, in the corners and in hard to reach areas of the main kitchen were dirty and had food and food debris. The floor underneath the back counter of the lounge bar was also sticky and dirty.
