Pre-packaged foods were stored in the back storage area that was being used as a litter area. Foods such as two flats of condensed milk, cases of bottled beverages, and a bag of single Ensure bottles were stored directly on the floor on top of the cat litter.
The Pepsi cooler containing eggs and milk was not equipped with a thermometer.
The bathroom hand sink was not equipped with paper towels.

The plumbing under the bathroom hand sink was covered with aluminum foil. A container was stored in the basin of the hand sink and contained stagnant water.
1. The cat was using the entire back storage area as a litter box. Cat litter was dispersed on two entryway rugs that spanned the entire walkway area in the back storage room. The litter was wet/soiled and the room smelled of cat urine., , 2. Dirt and grime accumulation was observed around the washroom hand sink tap., , 3. Dried, orange liquid was observed in the base of the black filing cabinet., , 4. Stock was not organized in a satisfactory fashion, namely:, -Bottled beverages were stored on the floor in the back storage area and next to non-food items such as window washer fluid, -Bags of garbage and unused equipment were scattered in the back storage area, , 5. Sticky traps installed on the interior north wall (shared between the retail area & the bathroom) were covered with old insects. Spilled liquid residue was observed on this wall next to the washroom door frame.
