-There were some mouse droppings in the corner behind the sugar and flour bins in the food prep room. , , Thoroughly clean and disinfect these areas using proper personal protective equipment. Ensure there are no open foods or food prep taking place when cleaning. It was indicated that a pest control company conducts regular visits. Traps observed. , , -There were crumbs and other food build up underneath the shelves, coolers and oven in the food prep room. , , Have these areas thoroughly cleaned. Keep this up on a regular basis to prevent attraction of pests.
