The back hand sink water was turned off at the beginning of the inspection. Operator was told not to shut off water to any of the sinks. All sinks are to be adequately supplied with hot/cold running water at all times.
There is a large gap underneath the back door. PLease install weatherstripping to prevent pest entry.
Some raw wood edges are present on the shelving units in the back area by the dishwashing sinks.
