Hot dogs on the hot dog roller were noted to be at approximately 55°C. Staff adjusted the temperature.

Cartons of eggs was stacked too close to the front of the display cooler, covering the air vents. The eggs were moved further back to allow for proper air circulation and temperature control.

Current food handling permit was not posted. A copy of the permit will be emailed to the operator
