Drinks were mostly shelf stable (waters, energy drinks, etc.) however some milk cartons were stored in this fridge and were discarded onsite. , , - Do not use this cooler to store any high-risk items until it can hold temperatures below 4C., , 2) Some butters were out at room temperature past their "use-by" time. , , - Discard butters, ensure items are not held at room temperature for more than 2 hours unless procedures have been approved.
