Initially water pressure was too low at kitchen hand sink. Once new battery was installed, water pressure was adequate.
Small flies noted in the following areas:, -On wall behind till by front entrance to kitchen., -Around ice machine., -Under counter in area where public fills up drinks/pop., -By drive through juice machine., Thoroughly clean any areas that have pooling water and/or organic matter. Ensure all areas dry out adequately. Follow recommendations of pest control operator (current contract with PCO, drain treatments ongoing, additional actions required and discussed).
1. Downstairs ceiling tiles have a couple of stains. No current water leaks were observed, remove damaged ceiling tiles and monitor for additional leaks., 2. Tiles by mechanical room/ice machine have deep grooves that are catching water/organic matter. Re-tile or refill grout so this area can be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.,
1. Mop not hung to dry between use (wet in mop sink). To prevent attracting pests, ensure mop hung to dry and maintained in clean condition., 2. Organic debris and moisture noted in and at entrance to mechanical room by ice machine. Thoroughly clean this area and maintain in a clean and sanitary condition- corrected during inspection., 3. Kitchen ceiling tile cleaning in process. Ensure tiles that still have some discolouration/build up of grease (over food line) are cleaned- in progress.,
