RéussiSneezeguard in front of prep cooler by till not yet installed. Shelf installed in front that will help protect food on prep cooler cutting board; was advised person on-site at this time to install panel between the two levels of the shelf.
No quat testing strips were on site to test quat concentration used on utensils and food contact surfaces. Obtain quat testing strips. Were ordered at time of inspection and arriving tomorrow.
There is an area between the floor and the baseboard (to the left of the three-compartment sink) where there is a gap (grout missing). Please fill in the gap to prevent moisture and debris from accumulating in this area. Person on-site at this time with grout to fill it.
