Dishwasher rinse temperature (at dish level) was not being checked with a thermometer. Please use thermometer to check (to reach at least 71C) and should record temperature.
There is a leak from the two compartment sink and it has damaged the bottom of the cabinet underneath. Repair leak and fix cabinet (ensure any moldy material removed)., , There was moldy cardboard under the chemicals for the dishmachine (mold as a result of moisture due to leak from two compartment sink). Cardboard was removed. Put the chemicals in a plastic bin instead in the event of leaks. Corrected during inspection., , The waterproof finish is wearing off the front of the cabinets under the sink. Refinish/reseal the front of the cabinet., , Arborite coming up slightly at seams in front of service window. Please repair.
