PassFoodhandlers were not shutting off taps with paper towel and/or elbows to prevent re-contaminating hands after handwashing. Corrected during inspection.
Food on shelf was not at least 6" off the floor. Raise bottom shelf to at least 6" off the floor for food protection and for ease of cleaning under the shelf., , There was a bag filled with cookies on the ground. Store foods up off the ground., , Cardboard boxes are being re-used to store foods (in walk-in-freezer). Cardboard can't be cleaned and sanitized; do not re-use.
