Quat sanitizer solution in the spray bottle was tested 0 ppm. Operator was advised to refill the quat sanitizer to appropriate concentration of 200 ppm , - As discussed, ensure that sanitizer solution is prepared, tested, and maintained at adequate , concentration (200 ppm).

No quat and chlorine test strips available onsite. Used for surface sanitizer and chemical dishwasher respectively., - Acquire test strips and ensure regular monitoring of solution concentration.
