Staff jackets were hung on food storage shelf and on top of dry ingredient bin. Please store staff belongs in separate area that will not contaminate food and food areas.
The waterproof thermometer to monitor sanitizing temp of high temp dishwasher was not operational. Please replace battery so it is in good working order or obtain new thermometer.
The kitchen back door was open and the screen in place had a gap at the bottom. Please seal all gaps around the screen door when it is in use.
