Operator was informed that all cooking must be done at the event., - One product of baked red bean paste mooncake was left at room temperature and was provided multiple information of where it came from. , - Due to the uncertainty and being left out at room temperature, operator was instructed to remove the product and not to be sold at the vendor.

1. Operator had a bottle of caviwipe and used it on a rolling pin during the inspection to demonstrate how they sanitize. , - Operator was instructed not to use caviwipe as it is not a food safe sanitizer and to acquire a diluted bleach water solution. Operator was able to provide and test the solution., - Rolling pin that was wiped with caviwipe was also instructed to be rewashed and sanitized to remove any potential chemical residue of caviwipe., , 2. No sanitizer test strips available. , - Operator was able to later acquire test strips and test sanitizer solution.
