Some counters were covered with a peel and stick like material, which was peeling off and dirty. Please resurface and ensure that there is no exposed raw wood., , 3. Raw wood observed at the base of the preparation surfaces. Please refinish wood.
Grease and dirt build up observed throughout the mobile unit. Specifically, on the floor and hard to reach corners of the mobile unit, on surfaces and sides of drawers/preparation surfaces, and on the side of the cooler, and on the base of the service windows. Additionally, behind the large drawer under the taped window, there was a significant buildup of dirt, debris and grease.
