Ensure that all hand wash stations are equipped with soap and paper towels that are protected in a dispenser. Install paper towel dispensers in the bars.
Personal items including shoes and jackets were stored next to clean food handling equipment. Ensure that personal items are stored separate from food and food handling equipment.
