Not operating within restrictions of food handling permit. Open foods were handled without access to an approved hand washing sink or utensil washing sink (dry foods were reportioned and packaged from bulk). At a minimum, a 2 compartment sink for equipment/utensil and for handwashing is required for this type/level of food handling. Please cease all open food handling until an approved sink is installed. Submit plans to AHS for review before any work is done.
