The sanitizer requires an after-rinse step and there is no means to test the concentration of the sanitizer., , Obtain an approved food safe sanitizer such as 100 ppm Chlorine or 200 ppm QUAT based solution. Obtain appropriate test strips to regularly verify the strength of the sanitizing solution in use.
