There was no paper towel dispenser at the handwashing sink in the back kitchen area. Paper towels were stored on a shelf adjacent the handwashing sink. It was noted that the dispenser had been removed from the wall., , A photo showing the paper towel dispenser affixed to the wall was later provided by the manager via email.
