A bag of sugar was stored directly on the floor in the dry storage room. Ensure that all food is stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Chlorine test strips were unavailable upon request. Purchase chlorine test strips. Ensure that test strips for each type of sanitizer used onsite are available.
Accumulation of spilled food was noted on top of food containers and on the floor in the dry storage room. Clean this area. Ensure that all areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary manner.
