Bleach sanitizer in kitchen was measured at 1000 ppm. , - The operator diluted the sanitizer, and it was measured at 100 ppm. In kitchen always maintain the bleach sanitizer at 100 ppm as overuse of sanitizer will leave residue and has a potential for cross contamination of food.
