**March 06, 2026 ** - The facility still had mouse droppings noted in some areas (e.g. dry storage area), although clear improvement was noted compared to the previous inspection., , Mice droppings were found in several areas, such as shelves of dry storage area, floor, corner of the preparation table, under handwashing sink., , REQUIREMENT: , - Safely dispose of the mice droppings, clean and sanitize all affected areas., - Ensure that all the food are stored above the ground, in food grade containers with lids on them. , - Seal all the gaps/holes if any., , Continue the pest control service. Shrimps observed stored in the water bucket, measured at 10C. Staff member stated that they were thawing it. Proper thawing procedures discussed with staff (overnight refrigeration and under cold running water).
