Reinspection - February 13, 2024, , Pest reports have shown reduced number of cockroaches during previous week's treatments. However, during inspection several adult live cockroaches and numerous other dead were found in the areas beside the small beverage fridge and the extension cords against the wall directly adjacent to the door between the front and back of the facility. , Dead cockroaches were found on the back of the test strip holder above the 3 comp sink, on the back of an old wall poster, inside the extension cords and modem. , , February 6, 2024, , There was a significant cockroach infestation in the food establishment with live and dead cockroaches of various life cycles on pest control glue boards The largest concentration of activity was found under the 3-compartment sink and under the front water well.

Numerous electrical cords, computer items (modem) and other non food related items are tangled and grouped together adjacent to the door between front and back of restaurant. Cords and equipment cannot be properly cleaned and are creating a harborage for cockroaches. , , Action Required/Taken, , Cords and equipment must be thoroughly examined and cleaned to ensure there are no further evidence of either dead or live cockroaches. , They then must be organized and stored in a manner that does not create a harborage for pests and in a way they can be cleaned.
