Wet cloths near espresso machine. Ensure cloths are placed in a sanitizing solution when wet and after wiping milk.

1. Hand sink not operational. Due to level of food handling hand sink must be operational., 2. Slushy machine located right along hand sink with no barrier. Remove slushy machine or install barrier.

Take out containers and cups stored on floor. Ensure all disposable dishes are stored off the floor to prevent access of pests and contamination.

Back door propped open. Ensure door remains closed to prevent access of pests.

1. Two compartment sink tap leaking. Ensure this is repaired., 2. Base for Fetco Coffee brewer is molding/exposed wood. Repair and repaint.
