Staff are not placing dishes in sanitizer to sanitize. Dishes are hand washed and not sanitized. Ensure dishes are washed, rinsed and then sanitized in 100ppm chlorine or 200ppm quat for 2 minutes.
Proof of food safety training was not available onsite. Ensure one full time staff member has taken food safety training and additional training of the basic course required for other staff.
