1) Dead mouse in trap in warehouse. Please contact professional pest control for removal and to reset the trap., 2) Mouse droppings were noted in the staff room. Please clean/sanitize area.

Please provide template used for temperature checks. , For pick-up and delivery, temperature checks must be conducted and temperatures recorded for perishable foods that are picked up from donors. Cold foods must be received and delivered at or below 4C, and hot foods at or above 60C. Frozen foods must be received and delivered frozen, ideally at -18C. Items received must be labelled with the approved source name and contact information. Transport perishable foods in temperature controlled equipment (for example, in refrigerated vehicles, coolers with ice packs, or insulated thermal bags/containers).

Gaps at the bottom of both back doors which could allow entry of pests/vermin. Weather stripping is broken at one of these doors., Requirement:, -Provide weather stripping to seal the gaps., -Maintain adequate pest control records., , **July 23, 2025: gap also present under delivery man door.
