Record log is also missing entries resulting in lack of consistency., - Ensure staff are verifying the temperature with a thermometer inside the cooler or acquire a infrared thermometer to check temperatures of coolers and freezers., - Ensure staff are trained on this and check when they need to according to the schedule on the sheet.

Dishwasher was in disrepair and not operational., - Please ensure to get the necessary dishwasher repairs done., - Operator was advised to manually dishwash utensils using the 2-comp sink available adjacent to the dishwasher.

The wooden cabinet besides the dishwasher was water damaged and splintered. - Please refinish the cabinet to ensure surfaces are smooth, cleanable and resistant to moisture.
