- Observed wet cleaning cloths not being stored in sanitizer., *Staff removed the dirty clothes from the counter., **Please make sure cleaning cloths are kept in the 100ppm bleach sanitizer while not in use to prevent the growth and spread of bacteria. Sanitizer should be changed every 2 hours or when its visibly dirty.

1) Buns were stored below raw meat in the freezer., *Store the buns above the meat to protect them from potential contamination., , 2) The shelf at the back of the facility was not protected from strangers, and the area is accessible to anyone entering from the back., *Either install a separation or store the food items inside or in a secured area. Dry ingredients may get tampered with by strangers if not supervised at all times.
- Observed clear disposalble bowl stored in the rice container, and was in use instead of a scoop with handles. Staff removed the bowl and discarded it.. , *Please ensure bulk dry ingredients scoops are stored in one of the following manners:, 1) Outside the bulk container in a separate container., 2) Inside the container with the handle facing up and not touching the ingredients., 3) Use clean scoop each time.
- There is a sewer smell coming from the dishwasher while it is running., *Please have a professional identify and correct the issue.
- Hard-to-reach areas (adjacent to and beneath appliances) on the right side of the kitchen require deep cleaning., *Clean the above mentioned areas., **Ensure the area is kept clean and sanitized to prevent attracting pests and to maintain food safety.
