Facility management indicates that there is a septic tank located in the basement of the adjacent facility (gas station + convenience store + restaurant + offices) which is being serviced for issues. Operator indicates that the septic tank at times gives off a smell in the evening and the issue is scheduled to be corrected over the weekend.
