Several spray bottles containing quat sanitizer were unlabeled. Ensure that all containers of chemicals are clearly labeled to identify contents. Corrected during inspection.

The light fixture above the oven, near the 3 compartment sink was missing a shatterproof cover. Ensure that all lights are equipped with shatterproof covers to prevent contamination of food.

Cleaning is needed on the floor below the ice well in the bar, as an accumulation of grime was noted. Please clean as discussed.
