Cleaning cloths in use were placed directly on counters in the Argyle and East kitchen. No sanitizer was prepared for use in the East kitchen. As discussed, ensure that all cleaning cloths are stored in a container of sanitizer when in use, and provide each kitchen area with a spray bottle or container of quats sanitizer when the kitchen is in use. ,
Presense of fruit flies was noticed in the McCullough bar. Ensure that the pest presense is removed by covering garbge, removing all food waste and cleaning the area. Consult the pest control service staff if the issue persists or if traps are needed.,
