Cleaning required including in the following area, but not limited to:, 1. Hard to reach areas (under and behind large equipment) - behind dishwasher and dishwashing sink, 2. Ventilation filters, 3. On top and in dishwasher, 4. the grill line, , OUTSTANDING INFRACTION, December 17, 2025- Build up of debris throughout the facility on ceilings, hard to reach areas of the floors, dishwashing area, walk in cooler floors/freezers, electrical conduit and fire suppression lines, ventilation canopy (scheduled for Dec 22), duct work, shelving, etc. Ensure all of these areas are cleaned., , Jan 5, 2026- Canopy cleaning completed. All other areas still have a build up., , January 23, 2026 - Progress has been made to clean the aforementioned areas. A notable grease build-up was noted underneath of the cook line and dishwashing area remains.
