Not in ComplianceThe hand sink closest to the dishwashing area was blocked by a garbage bin. Ensure all hand sinks remain easily accessible and have a clear path of access at all times.
Cleaning is required in the following areas:, , 1. The mop sink and surrounding floor and wall surfaces had a buildup of dirt and debris, particularly in the caulking around the sink. Remove the old caulking, clean and sanitize the area, and re-caulk as needed., , 2. The silicone around the dish sink had a buildup of dirt and debris and possible mould growth. Remove the old silicone, clean and sanitize the area, and reapply silicone., , 3. The floors throughout the facility require cleaning, along with high-touch surfaces such as cooler door handles and exteriors., , Fruit flies were observed, primarily in the areas noted above. Please thoroughly clean and sanitize these areas and continue to monitor and control fruit fly activity.
