In the kitchen, low wall divider between prep cooler and fridge has unfinished front edge (missing trim)., -Ensure surfaces in the kitchen are smooth and easy to clean, -Operator has trim available, just needs to be installed

No chlorine and iodine test strips available., -Obtain test strips for each sanitizing chemical used

Back door has significant gap beneath it where light can be seen., -Seal the bottom of the back door from pest entry, -Operator has materials, just need to be installed
