Door frame in the back area separating the dry storage from the cooking area is unfinished, there is drywall and raw wood exposed in the wall - waiting for door to be installed., , Install door and finish the door frame so it is smooth, impervious to moisture and easily cleaned.
The hot water was leaking at the faucet of the handwash sink. (hot water valve was shut off).
