PassInspector observed food handler washing hands in food prep sink. Please ensure hands are washed in the designated hand washing sink.
There were no means to monitor the sanitizing temperature of the high temp dishwasher for the kitchen. Recommend obtaining a waterproof min/max probe thermometer for this purpose. The same thermometer may also be used to monitor internal temperatures of food.
The food safety plan submitted to and approved by AHS had changed and BB4CK did not submit a new plan for review. The new plan included a new list of schools (only 4 schools from original list remain on the updated list) and the menu was updated to include new food items (chickpea salad and halal sandwiches added). Please provide AHS with a new food safety plan.
